The DRIp: power x flow

Our signature hot vinyasa flow class, designed to make you sweat. Build strength, develop tone, and wring out your mind. 

Classes use creative yoga sequencing to create a great workout. Expect yoga, not bootcamp.

Press yoga is also more than body, each class has a mindful aspect woven through that is designed to extend off the mat and into life. 

 

FIRST TIME To PRess YOGA? NO SWEAt.

Remember to drink lots of water before class, because you actually will sweat. Show up 15 minutes early to sign in & get ready. We have mats, blocks, hand towels free of charge. No shoes are allowed in the yoga room; we practice barefoot. Wear athletic clothes to stretch and move, just like you.  

Lock your stuff up in our lockers (we have locks)  & use the shower to clean up following class. Our cafe has coffee, beer, wine, and fresh foods waiting for you after.
